Due to budgetary changes, the Westchester Library System (WLS) has announced that they will be changing the borrowing limits for Hoopla and Kanopy starting February 1st, 2026.
The number of monthly checkouts per person will be 3 borrows for Hoopla and 5 tickets for Kanopy.
Hoopla Bonus Borrows will continue to be available during the last week of each month, allowing unlimited borrows of a Hoopla-curated collection. Kanopy will also continue to offer no-cost collections such as easy-watching favorites.
