You are eligible for a library card if you:

• live in the Town of Mount Pleasant (outside of the Village of Sleepy Hollow) or the Village of Pleasantville, or

• live outside of Westchester County and work, or are a student, in the Town (outside of the Village of Sleepy Hollow) or Village

If you fill out and submit the form below we will create up a card for you. We will email you the number of the card so that you can start to access our digital services immediately, and we will also mail you a physical card.

This card will remain valid for 30 days and will allow you to borrow materials at the Main Library in Pleasantville, our Branch Library in Valhalla, or at any public library in the County.

To make this card permanent, all you need to do is visit our Main Library or Branch Library with proof of your eligibility.
